All REDACT GAMES cases are 100% digital. You access the case online and may choose to print the materials for better immersion.
How do I access my case after purchase?
Access is granted immediately after purchase through the platform where you completed the checkout.

Do I need to print the case to play?
No. Printing is recommended for immersion, but all cases can be played fully in digital format.
Can I play alone or with a group?
Yes. Cases are designed to work equally well for solo investigators or small groups.
How do clues work?
Each case includes a fixed number of clues. Clues are revealed one at a time through the Clues & Verify portal and do not change.
What is the verification system?
The verification system allows you to confirm whether your conclusions are correct through a short multiple-choice questionnaire related to the case.
What happens if I get the final answer wrong?
You can review the case materials again or use available clues. There are no penalties, limits, or time restrictions.
Can I share the case with friends or online?
Cases are intended to be experienced together in the same group. Sharing case files, solutions, or answers publicly or online is not allowed, as it compromises the experience for others.
Are the cases replayable?
Cases are designed to be solved once. After the mystery is revealed, replay value is limited.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in cases of verified technical failure that prevents access.
